I lay in my bed,
My soul floats up above.
I look down at my body,
With feelings of love.
I surround my body,
With a healing white light.
Say goodby for a bit,
And fly into the night.
I check in on my kids,
And my friends from afar.
I even visit my Ellie,
Alone in her car.
Sometimes they give,
A little bit of a start.
As I lay my hand,
Upon their heart.
It’s only me,
So never fear.
You might not see me,
But I’m always here.
